.นโยบายการยกเลิกและคืนเงิน — ทราเวลไลท์ (Travel Light)

1. ลูกค้าสามารถขอ เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการจอง พร้อมรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนได้ ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่ทำการจอง

2. หากมีการยกเลิกหรือขอเปลี่ยนแปลง หลังจาก 14 วัน จะ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

3. การเปลี่ยนแปลงการจองต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันเดินทาง

4. การคืนเงิน (กรณีที่เข้าเงื่อนไข) จะดำเนินการภายใน 7 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับคำร้อง

5. ทราเวลไลท์ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีๆ ไป สำหรับเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือคำสั่งจากทางราชการ

Cancellation and Refund Policy — Travel Light

1. Customers may cancel or modify their booking and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of booking.

2. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Any changes to the booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled travel date.

4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

5. Travel Light reserves the right to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or government orders.

ทราเวลไลท์ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้า และขอแจ้งรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บ การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้:

3 ระยะเวลาในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล

ทราเวลไลท์จะจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าไม่เกิน 7 วันหลังจากจบทริป

5 บุคคลหรือองค์กรที่ทราเวลไลท์ส่งต่อข้อมูลให้

ข้อมูลของลูกค้าจะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยแก่บุคคลที่สาม เว้นแต่เป็นการส่งต่อให้กับพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ เช่น บริษัทเดินทาง หรือพนักงานขับรถ โดยจะทำภายใต้ข้อกำหนดความปลอดภัย และไม่เผยแพร่สู่บุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
